Looking at the ALPS triangle alloy and Fuji soft touch reel seats (have to mail order so can't check them out in person) does anyone have any feedback on them ?

The ALPS triangle real seat is one of the best real seats on the market IMO for the purpose it was built. Understand it is obviously heavier than its graphite counterparts. The Fuji Soft Touch (Fuji DPS) series is also a good real seat and I haven't had any problems with them. If your building a rod and don't mind the weight difference then I'd go ALPS for sure.
