Didn't get to weigh it, no scales onboard. Beast of a fish, I'm guessing around the 30lb+ mark. Massive head on it with a good set of fangs. Was pretty buggered coming up from 48m so it is now in the freezer, great eating! Caught on 50lb braid, 100pound leader, on a 24kg tcurve travel rod & a Penn Slammer 750.

Yep nice fish allright, and whats with the teeth previosely mentioned??..Nup never caught one myself so have to take eaches word that they are tasty ..
