King of the Pin dates for 2014

Hi All,

I was out having a few beers with a bloke last night and the conversation turned to fishing as I was telling him about my boat. Old mate suggested we get together for a fish, and then he suggested fishing the "King of the Pin" later in the year, and I thought maybe that wouldn't be such a bad idea.

My question is would anyone know the dates for this comp, I thought it was around may or June and the approx entry fee.(I'm a pensioner if that helps)

I haven't really fish any comps before, except that I was a member of the Redlands RSL Fishing Club a few years back.

I have fished around the Pin and camped on Crusoe a few times over the years.

Just had a look through an old "Bush n Beach" mag from last year and some competition dates are listed it is from Fri May 30 to Sun 1 June.
