Some have turned up in the last 3 or 4 days.
One boat had 7 a few days ago.
The warmer water is just pushing in now so the next week should see them turning up.

    Hi Rosco,

Not after your mark but what depth of water would that be roughly for the spanner crabs and is out just east of the seaway?

also went out this morning, 24.5 on the 24's green water still but at about 58m it changed and ended up jumping to 25.6 in 70m trolled and trolled, there were some long liners (i think) out there on the temp break and from a distance i saw a heap of birds i thought were working.. as i got closer it was a ton of mutton birds flying around doing nothing.. trolled xrap magnums, halcos, skirts, high speed hex heads.. you name it, it went in the water... 4 outfits and a witchdoctor and did not see one single sceric of bait.. it was the biggest dessert ive ever seen on such good water... also couldnt raise a livie on the bait reef.. what is going on?? Im waiting a week at least for the next trip...
