good outboard mech?

I recently had a mobile mechanic come out and service my motor.. It didn't idle properly and needed the usual check over and oil change etc.. Anyway it runs like a dog now and the guy wont return my calls (damn you gumtree) Will never make the same mistake again.. i need someone to check it out again. I think it has water in the carbie or something plus i want to put in a new fuel line with a water separator.. can anyone recommend someone with a proven track record for not only good work but follow up if i need it.
