My n672 yamaha 115 CETO will not tilt up. It worked the other day but now is in the down position.

Does anyone have a pic/ diagram of the relay, which does operate, showing what terminals do what or a desciption of how to lift the motor manually would be appreciated as I am giving the boat to my son.

Any help would be appreciated.
