More Maroochy whiting
Brian and his grandson come back up so dad took them down the river for a fish. Well they kept Casey busy pulling in fish and he was keen to show off the results to me. I think they used showing me the fish to get him to come home and he was already asking when they would go again.

Looks like a great day out. The little fella would've loved it. Imagine pulling that photo out to show his kids what dad did when he was a youngster! Happy days.

Ouch, the salt in my wounds burns! I fished the Maroochy Saturday arvo with yabbies from about 4:00 into the night at a bunch of different spots for one decent bream and no legal whiting. I must be doing something wrong. My kids love a session catching undersized bream, they would lose their minds catching a load of whiting like that. Nice catch!

Pete, We tend to fish the shallow water and very shallow on the run in. Anywhere between 0.3 and 1.2m is where we tend to fish.
