Wardy Can't Count! Tangles Can't Count! No blackspots and a returned Pot

Wardy and i went out to collect the pots he set yesterday and rebait them, then fish for blackspot tuskies.

Wardy got 10 sandies yesterday daytime and left them soak overnight, only got only 5 from the overnight soak, but 3 of Wardies werent in the usual spots as not a lot of rope.

After a re-bait we went for a blackspot fish over a nice little reef, after a lot of busted gear and lost sinkers with only one real run and no blackspots we went to pull the pots, pro crabber was there as well hauling his as well,

All i can say is WARDY can't count!

Wardy was sure we had all 8 pots as he counted them so off we went for home, i asked if we had them all, Wardy counted again and yep we have them all so off we went.

Then the pro crabber close to Cleveland caught us up, hailed and asked if we had lost a pot? re-count? Yep only 7 so we got that pot back along with the 3 crabs in it, got to say pretty impressed, he saw us leave a pot and returned it!

Tangles Cant Count!
At home we counted the crab, i made it 25, so divided up the crab and somehow Wardy got 11 and i got 10. RE-COUNT, bugger so it was 21 crab.. top day and seems the crabs are more daytime run right now,

Also attached a pic of a good sized crab from last week and some Salt n Pepper crab we cooked up

Today proved counting is hard work after 5 fingers is reached! Also many thanks to the pro crabber! only really ever seen his pots or ours in the area, ive said g'day to him before, always left a lot of room for his pots and he realised we had left a pot and chased us down…top day out and the blackspots will wait for another day
