Luderick Season - Caloundra+surrounds - Boardwalk

For the locals at Caloundra and surrounds, and the avid luderick guys, when is the season for those up there ? Down south Im used to two seasons a summer one with smaller quantity of fish, and the usual winter run also, any help appreciated

Was up that way ( caloundra boardwalk) on Wed Ekka Day .No shortage of guys fishing for Luderick & catching a few as well .Would suggest that winter is the time to catch them.
