Thread: Noosa wide Saturday

    Re: Noosa wide Saturday

Yes Dave, I've gone to the other side!! It was one of those jig heads you were using that day you cleaned up on snapper on my boat.
Still, it gets me that I still have to put some stinky bait on it?? When I did, away she would go, but without the bait, no hits??
I noticed that day out on my boat you did the same, with great results.
I only finished the fish this morning, having gutted them onboard, as we like to bake the big blokes whole, so I had them in deep ice, so while they were still & not kicking the crap out of the boat, which is when I measured them, I remeasured & they went 60, 62, 68 & 72, so a good day all in all!!

Hey Tony, I think Clarry will be calling at the nursery and will be keen to talk about our trip on the weekend. Ask him how I did on plastics (without bait on them)Sunday morning. His Brother and I were fishing beside each other but he was dropping baits down and I was on the plastics. Was a great way to spend the morning with Di and Rainbow in the background and the smell of fresh snapper fillets in the fry pan. Just about as cushy as your boat.
