I'm advised, without prejudice, it has been alleged, that he was allegedly possibly maybe trying to steal the car full of tradies tools and the steering was locked, allegedly rolled over allegedly going down the drive apparently.

It is a bit suss being early in the morning and neither the car or the house is owned by the dead guy. Hopefully it is one less boat thief we all have to worry about. Otherwise I feel very sorry for him.
I wouldn't be at all surprised if it actually ran him over & it's only up like that due to the cops lifting it off him. You know what the press is like when it comes to facts.
