after a sleep in after finishing work at 4am saturday morning me and a mate hit the water at about 330 sat avo, stayed the night and headed back the next morning.
The fishing was tough and we worked all night to get our bag of redthroat, the sharks appetite only for big spanglies and nothing else still remains with a couple of quality spangled heads coming aboard yet again throughout the night. Couldnt find a trout to save ourselves although i believe we hooked a couple of good ones that were lost to the reef, one of the hazards of fishing the shallows.
was good to get amongst them, had been 8 weeks between trips!!!!
