They want to introduce exclusion zones where the desal plant comes out.

Is the exclusion zone at the actual outlet in the water or just the land, cause the one at Tugun is a handy bait collecting point

That area is not fished... as far as I know.

It s 8.2k's sth of the bar and not that far offshore.

I have attached a screen shot of the marks ( In green dots ) but highlighted by the pink line. White squares on land near exclusion zone is Agnes Water township. The Desal no go zone is off the Deep Water National Park..... almost.
