If you are targeting Kingfish from a boat of Yak.
Simply pin your live bait through the nose, Run a small bean sinker over a swivel, then have about 1.2m of Leader under swivel, simply pin the livie through the nose & very slowly troll the livie behind the boat/Yak. for a power boat the speed is just in gear. so in a yak, remember you need to troll it slowly, otherwise 2 things will happen, 1 the Livie will spin and the fish wont touch it. secondly it will kill the livie very quickly.
set the libe back about 20m from the boat, the bean sinker will get it down a few meters under the surface,
You want to troll in close to the rocks / structure, then simply hang on while you get blown away lol.
