What interests me is that the boat which is obviously underway, although at a very low rate of knots , has a person sitting on the forepeak with their legs dangling over the bow, obviously taking greenie happy snaps.
Bowriding , I thought was illegal no matter what the speed of the vessel .
If so I wonder if the rules & or fines will apply to those concerned, after all from what I have heard , all of the Qld. Government agencies [M.S.Q., Boating & Fisheries, Qld Water Police , & especially Marine Parks are quite happy & quick to issue fines for the most trivial things, especially when it involves any green propaganda.
