Electric outboards

I'm thinking about putting an electric outboard on my 5.5m stacer cab & was wondering if an elecy with 86pnds of thrust would be enough to keep it in position & be powerful enough for slow trolling ??I don't know how the pnds of thrust covert to hp. Anyone here have one on a similar size boat and if so how does it go or what do you recommend ??

I run an 80lb bow mount on my previous glass 5.5m centre console and have swapped it onto the replacement 6m on. Does it easy. Transom mount are less manuverable but still ok and the cab on your make give you some extra wind resistance issues, but I think you will be find in quieter conditions
