Have a look at the link Owen put up, it will guide you int he right direction. Leather grips is not something that you can learn over a few posts.
Its much more complicated than a posting dozen pictures. It took me years to perfect my leather grips. Trial and error and thousands of bucks in machinery to get the quality to where it is today.
Im sorry if this sounds a bit un helpful and secret squril mate, but I don't divulge that sort of information.
