A vedy bad man. Buyer beware.

Public Warning: Do not deal with George Sekuloski
    7 June 2013
NSW Fair Trading Commissioner Rod Stowe today issued a further warning to the public not to deal with George Sekuloski, also known as Goce Sekuloski, an online trader and director of Bulk Imports & Exports Pty Ltd.
Mr Stowe said Mr Sekuloski fails to supply products, supplies products that are not of acceptable quality, fails to honour warranties and is unable to be contacted by consumers seeking redress.
“Mr Sekuloski has three business premises at Seven Hills in Sydney and advertises by website, eBay and Gumtree sales sites and also advertises in magazines relating to camping, caravans and RVs,” he said.
“He trades under a multitude of business names so I urge all consumers to check carefully they are not dealing with Mr Sekuloski when they buy outdoor and camping equipment online.”
Mr Sekuloski is listed by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) as the sole director of Bulk Imports & Exports Pty Ltd (ACN 131 768 084), HTR Caravan and Camping Pty Ltd (ACN 154 876 954) and Earth8 Construction Pty Ltd (ACN 154 876 963).
Bulk Imports & Exports Pty Ltd is the registered proprietor of the business names Solar Energy Store International (BN98531802) and EProducts (BN98449073).
Mr Sekuloski is also known to trade under the names of Luxury Home Products, RV4x4, Solar Energy Store, OzEpicDeals, Eproductshop, Double-gear, Esales_superstore, Online-group, Solar Energy Store Australia and Lhp-net-au.
Fair Trading has established the trader is now selling products under the website names of www.rv4x4.com.au, www.interproductsonline.com and oz.home.plus via eBay.
Online marketplace sites eBay and Gumtree allow registered users to offer and buy many types of goods. These sites are not involved in the actual transactions between buyers and sellers and are assisting Fair Trading with its investigation.
The products being offered for sale through Mr Sekuloski’s companies include solar panels, generators, spas, regulators, invertors, camper trailers, dirt bikes, golf buggies, satellite dishes, hard shell roof top tents, saunas, fridge/freezers, 4x4 awnings, jacks and other camping and caravanning products.
In March 2009 Fair Trading prosecuted Mr Sekuloski and his businesses Wholesale Australia Import / Export, Cargo Industries Pty Ltd and Dome Technology for eight offences under the Electricity (Consumer Safety) Act 2004.
Mr Sekuloski and his Prestons-based companies were ordered to pay fines and costs totalling $14,984 by Parramatta Local Court for advertising and selling unapproved electrical items on eBay.
In August 2012 Mr Sekuloski was the subject of a public warning, following the execution of a search warrant of his commercial business premises by Fair Trading investigators.
At that point Fair Trading had received 240 complaints and 55 enquiries about Mr Sekuloski and his companies over a four year period.
The Consumer Trader and Tenancy Tribunal (CTTT) had received 72 applications relating to Mr Sekuloski and his companies.

In December 2012 Mr Sekuloski was expelled from the Caravan & Camping Industry Association NSW (CCIA).
CCIA’s President, Theo Whitmont, said the association expected the highest level of standards and ethical practices from all its members.
“The Caravan & Camping Industry Association continues to work very closely with Fair Trading and strongly supports any move to ensure consumers are protected from unscrupulous traders,” Mr Whitmont said.
Since issuing the public warning in August 2012, Fair Trading has received a further 177 complaints about Mr Sekuloski.
Also since that time the CTTT has received a further 44 applications relating to Mr Sekuloski’s companies.

Mr Stowe said any consumers who have had dealings with Mr Sekuloski or his companies should contact NSW Fair Trading on 13 32 20.
Fair Trading has commenced court action against Bulk Imports & Exports Pty Ltd and is currently considering further legal action against Mr Sekuloski.
