    super easy lobster thermadore

Had this the other night, used to make it all the time when i lived at Narooma as i would go diving and catch them...

Split lobster (green preferably) and either bbq or grill brushed with extra virgin olive oil and crushed garlic. When just or almost cooked through heat a pan and place some white wine cracked pepper and salt and reduce by 3/4's add some cooking cream and some hot english mustard to taste (this gives the sauce its colour) reduce till the sauce coats the back of a spoon and toss through chopt flatleaf parsley and roughly chopped lobster meat. Place contents back into the shells and sprinkle with good quality cheddar top with a small amount of breadcrumbs and grill till golden and serve straight away...

If the guests don't like it banish them to the garage to eat with the cat

      Sounds great.
      Cheers, Doug.
Love to use Preditek or Kingfisher lures or Viva Lures when I am out fishing.
