I'm heading to Cairns tomorrow night till Sunday and was hoping to get in some fishing.
I have all day Saturday for a session but was also looking to possibly get an evening session in maybe Thursday night.
Does anyone know of a charter that would cater for an evening session?
Also can anyone recommend a charter on the Daintree for Saturday?
Jamie Bietzel is the go for the Daintree - a local who literally grew up there fishing the river and he has run a top notch operation for many years now.
There are a few for the Cairns inlet - but i wouldn't know which one was any better than the other. "Fishing the tropics" is one name i can think of off the top of my head. Am sure you'll get a bit more info from others. Check out the "fishing cairns" website for a bit more info.

I'll be staying right on the Harbour when I'm up so fitting in an evening session would be perfect. Happy to pay a local for the trip up the inlet if anyone is interested
