Carp al italiano

Caroline al vino
1-21/2 lb carp
1 onion
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 sprig parsley
1 glass white wine
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp vinegar
1 lemon
Clean, rinse and dry carp, cut into large pieces. Fry finely chopped onion. Knead butter and flour to make a dough add to frypan with wine and parsley. Add carp, season with salt and pepper, add vinegar and 1 cup water. Cover and simmer for 1/2 an hour stir gently from time to time. Serve got with lemon wedges.
