just wondering whats ya thoughts on your furuno sounders? I went and bought myself an 587 with the 8inch screen. my mate has the smaller model and loves it so I had a dollars laying around and couldn't go past the bigger screen. whats your thoughts on them?
for my money i wouldnt have anything but furuno, they are the ducks nuts.

Well they are really very good. You cant go wrong. It wont pretend to make you a cup of tea but if it shows a nice red blob underneath better get your lure down there.

I brought one 6 months ago, and I wouldnt use anything else
had them in all my boats. Have the 587 and now thinking of the gps 1870f to replace an old lowrance gps. The only sounder that any of my mates have thats sharper is a 292 furuno
