I'm from the bush and eel tailed catfish are pretty decent fish to eat, fry em in bread crumbs.
I hear the salt water ones are just as good if not better.

And I always thought the simple garden worm is under rated.
They are easy to find, zero cost. And by biggest ever bream (37/38cm) was caught on a garden worm at Mud Island one night.
