    Rigging advice.

    How you going all?
    Just a couple if questions?

I've bought a few kniefe jigs, was going to rig them up with about a foot of 100lb mono to a swivel? Is that what you would recommend? Please let me know how you do it?

What knot do you blokes use to tie your braid to a swivel? Or do you tie braid straight to a mono leader with say an Albright knot? Is there a better knot to use?

    Thanks
    Rob.

I tie a mono leader a few metres long straight to the braid and then tie the leader to the jig.

I gave up on the Albright as with a lot of casting it comes undone and you lose the lure and the leader. Using the double Uni now with no issues at all

Jigging... a double in the braid... bimini twist with 35 twists.. buy a decent wind on leader and connect it via a cats paw. you can also get jig assist rigs that you can conect straight to the split ring of your jig... dont scrimp or short cut your jigging gear as most of the things that eat them are big and nasty.
