gps data conversion

Just bought a new garmin 750s and am trying to convert my old marks from lowance globle map 5000c to it. Can anyone let me know the easy way to change the files over?

Thanks Wags, Have not been able to convert to the correct format. Apprently we need a .adm file???

I use a program called Gps utility which will convert the file but cost me around $25 from memory for the program. Works well though on any file type and definitely converts to adm file type as I've used it for this on my garmin.

The garmin will not load GPX??

Thanks guys I now have the marks on the new GPS. Gpx format worked thanks tunaticer. This has been doing my head in for a while. Felt like throwing the laptop a few times.
