    Great catch. That Parrot would be lovely cooked fresh, lightly dusted in seasoned Panko crumbs, shallow fried with a few chips, crisp salad, crusty bread served with nice dry white wine. Parrot is one of the many fish I miss since moving from Brisbane up to Capricornia.
