Put in at Nerimbera Sunday morning. Put some pots out near Dunlop Island. Caught a few live baits in the cast net. Fished lures at first near the cut-through on the flood tide for no result. Pulled in close to a small creek out of the wind that had plenty of bait flicking on the surface. Fished livies, till the last of the run in for just 1 catfish. Went back for the pots, plenty of big jennies only. It was still a great day, took my camera and got some good shots of an eagle through my 300mm zoom lens. And we saw our first Fitzroy croc, about 2-2.5m. While we came home fishless, it was still,a good trip.
