Peter Pakula Talk at the SCGFC Meeting

Tuesday night 7/5/2013, general meeting of the Sunshine Coast Gamefishing Club at the Kawana Waters Tav, Nicklin Way Minyama at 7:30pm in the Cocktail Bar. Guest speakers are Peter Pakula, Ian Bladin, GFAA rep and our team members from the recent IGFA Rolex Offshore Championships in Costa Rica to talk about dredges and bait and switch fishing for sailfish. New members and visitors welcome.

Dam it Smithy, I cant catch a break! I would love to come to that and join the club but I am back to work today for another three week stint. I just cant seem to get to the club meets. I'll keep trying I guess.

We are always the first Tuesday of the month, a bit after 7:30pm in the Cocktail Bar of the Kawana Waters Hotel. November we are the 2nd week due to the Melbourne Cup and January we are a couple of weeks down the track to allow for Christmas Holidays. We went through to 10pm with Pete's talk last night so we will be doing dredges, switchbaiting and circle hook rigged deadbaiting from the boys that want to Costa Rica next meeting.

Hey Thanks for that Smithy. Its hard when you work away and are only home for one week a month. I want to meet some guys that I can fish with when I come home for the week off.
