Who's fishing Saturday 4/5?

Anyone taking a punt with the weather window and heading out Saturday morning? Thinking of making a run to the shelf off Cape Moreton, if the weather holds out like they say. Anyone been fishing it recently with any success?

Any news would be appreciated.

All things going well, the missus and I are heading that way tomorrow morning for the weekend although it will be mainly around the cape area depending on swell and winds ect. Looks like potential with the wind pattern forecast for the weekend. (but you know how the forecasters lie! )

I am heading out Sunday 5/5. We are fishing the Gold Coast Seaway for Trevally and Jew. It is really pleasant in there even with 20 knot wind because you have protection from the Southerlies from the rock walls. Particularly on the south wall but the north wall is great too even in a 13 foot tinny!
