Out off mud on Sunday morning I hooked up a fish that looked like a whiting but had a mouth full of sharp teeth kind of like a barracudas mouth , anyone know what type of fish it was ? It was about 500mm long and thin like a whiting

Sounds like a Grinner. Are pike and Grinners the same thing ?

plenty of barracouta or barracuda off mooloolaba atm we caught 4 and got bitten off by half a dozen all around 500 - 900 long last weekend
