    Bait schools around the rocks always disappears this time of the year and become very patch all through winter.
    Add the tuna boats netting them as they come into the bay these days makes it very difficult at times.

    Excellent stuff fellas. Love the action and great soundtrack. What rod are you using with the stella? Looks like a good matchup. Are you running wire on your live bait mackerel rigs or just heavy leader? Thanks for sharing such cool footage.

    hey mate cheers for the feedback, without lookin at the footage its a jigwrex im pretty sure its a mates outfit,we were chasing big big hoo at that time as our mate had hooked trophy class fish there the day before and we ended up with the bronzy, its just a jigwrex stella combo.....yes wire is a nessecity if you plan on landing mackeral however in the video if you look closely the first spaniard landed was hooked on 60pound leader and pinned right through the end of the nose,we just got lucky i guess

    one of my favourite artists midnight however i am yet to see him...seen him in the surf at byron but im hoping he is at the blues festival next year he f$$king rips

    hey dudes video two has pretty much been compiled currently editing it and hoping to land 1 or 2 more fish in the next 2 weeks,has a whole section on a whale shark and the cobia caught off its back.stay tuned ill let everyone know once it posted
