HHHAAAAAAA. It was certainly more comfy in the rough stuff but the extra length and weight helps with that. One thing that really stood out was the motor. It was running the whole time and I couldn't hear it. Made a difference to hearing my beast that's for sure. Nice boat that's for sure.

Haha time to scrap the old set of clears and throw my new ones on though.. Got a bit wet when punching through it.. Although waters hard to keep out when your taking bow waves with spray over the Hard Top lol.

Typical seas near Cape Capricorn with a bit of wind! Probably not ideal to tackle it at night but hey, its good fun!!

Had a good laugh to myself with you asleep sitting upright, and my other deckie sleeping standing up.

You both had a good jump with some of the potholes we fell into hahahahahahaha

Love to use Preditek or Kingfisher lures or Viva Lures when I am out fishing.

Definately time for the new clears mate. Mind you the spray helped keep us awake, mostly.

Goes alright mate. Still trying to balance it for optimum performance. It's about 75hp underpowered which doesn't give me much control with the bow. 300hp single or twin 150hp would be optimum.

In saying that though, it rides better than my last 29ft proline, and although it can get a little wet head on in the short chop at times, I'd feel more than comfortable in 3m seas where it comes into its element like most boats with a deep V.

Loves a following sea and handles beam on pretty well.

Triple Hookup on Reds. The Double were both school size, and Haydns went 11kg I believe.

There is a fine line between fishing and just standing on the shore like an idiot

I wonder how much deeper the ocean would be without sponges
