Bit of an update. The fish tasted sensational, like the tenderest fillet you've ever tasted. A lot different to yellow fin.

I've also learnt through some locals that, being a calm day, we should've had the lures further back and been trolling faster at about 14 kph instead of 12kph. You never stop learning in this caper.
