Mate you sold yourself short. I thought I'd photoshop your pic. So others would appreciate your epic performance today.-
Can't sell yourself short, Nettie.
so that's your secret pero
Nah, you know me better than that, phish.
netmaker,
At least you have enough for an omlette

So long as this small amount didn't cost you in other ways Dave. For this effort in the past any number of things can make it not worth it..... such as putting a hole in your net.... using too much fuel.... getting stung by a bull rout.... all up a good chance to get out on the water anyway.

funny you say that brian. yesterday was orientation day spent trying to work out where and when. i got onto them late arvo and had to leave while they were on as it was beer night... twisted my wrist sometime during the arv and it got progressively sorer and sorer all night. couldn't hold a beer by the end of it and no chance of casting today or tomorrow either, hopefully able by thursday or friday. will skipper for roy slaven this arv instead. this getting old crap is no fun...

shaggers back
Bondy you're on the good gear there mate, who is shagger??? Dave, when you're finished getting your drinking arm back in full swing come over and give me a hand doing the last stages of my landscaping project, a gammy knee and tennis elbow were giving me grief which I am sure were from turning the old style post hole digger, It's tragic the aches and pains are nothing to do with fishing or prawning.

did a bit better today. 3/4 of a bucket but no more than 10 prawns in a single cast so it was a lot of work again. one good outcome tho was the accuracy of my humminbird. must have it set just right as i could literally count the prawns i was casting on top of - as roy slaven is my witness. no photo today as i am too knackered. was up at 2.30 am and got home at 5.00pm. loooooong day on the water. happily my casting hand stood up to the work well and is all ready for another bash tomorrow.
