    Office memorandum United Ausfish.org 1770

    Office memorandum – United Ausfish.org

To: All current members Date: not so long ago

    Subject: 1770 UFO
    (Unauthorized Fishing Objectives)
The following Information has been recovered from various members and witnesses on site from the incident that has occurred during the Easter weekend and photographic proof has been recovered.

An investigator appointed by unknown agency was sent in as a sleeper agent to recover vital information for the up and coming 2013 M&G at 1770, this mission has been a success and details described as follows:
Agent: contact made 72 hrs prior to rendezvous (lucky PhiLLLLL), confirmed pick up and weapons status….no food was required? Adjusted standard issue supply of joy to compensate (Chong).
Pick up was early and also contacted agent’s nobung and whatradio (Wardie and Damo) to shadow operation as I was going in solo…I was sure this was going to hurt…
Arrived at launch pad “ramp” very complicated and extremely busy area “551” the meters I had to park from ramp…
Back up team was close by, but we had left ramp and got to so called bait grounds (sandy flat f-all area) to await their arrival….bungs boys bungs…
Ok enough jibber…went to spot y…went to spot c…back up went…
Then to spot FBR….waited till joy had full control nearly blew it but then with all faith…it’s a red….u ripper
The civilian Known as Philllll says I Fn told ya…and hats off he fn right on..as per usual..anyways I think I got 4 reds things…yeah FOUR best went 9.5kg (PB for me) and LP got one but unfortunately while helping me gaff a fish missed a good run…
Time to find back up so with weather status good we went to a rendezvous in the neutral zone ( fitz lag)…no worries all in and found back up agents.
Fresh fish sangas was cooked with 4x daily issue joy and much smiling and fun as fish been hooked while dinner was served..
Back agents had a slow start as we, but a lot of fun in the shallows as 4 species of fish caught…
Tried to radio head quarters and report in but lines went dead as were we….all crews about to push Z to the moon…..then

Wwwwwwsssshshshhshshhhwwww… (That’s a lot of wind) came in quick, lucky all of SS training kicked in and we lived…its was a little bit exiting though…ropes snapping...wind...rain…anchors…
Next morning after removing my standard issue joy snorer, I found that my guide was up, wet and tiered. (He could have been at home...)
Call made to fish shallow grounds…bung boy and noradio had this covered as we left for some other place and I really felt alone as my back-up agents went to kill large amounts of fish some other place.
I had no choice but to try and keep the civi calm as we went from spot to spot...He slowly recovered from the night before producing alarmingly large fish in the middle of the day…it's no wonder he has the tags of LP.
Over all this location is extremely dangerous, don’t go there, it’s bad, stay at home or get a deployment in pakiracarabia…its safer…
This information is for your eyes only and upon reading you should be prepared for September, all I can say to the United Ausfish.org this place has some great fish, we have some great agents and we jagged some top weather.
(This is standard issue report from the agency….lots of text…no real info….what did you expect...)
    Cheers
    Agent C

Good report there Chongy! Don't worry, I'll keep it strictly hush hush.

I see that Phillllllll (hope I got that right) made you dress like a painter to help you blend in with his usual cover story (working?!). Ooops .... I've already said too much!

Thats exactly the kind of report I was hoping not to see as I was land locked for the family easter bash.

Well done on the reds and the nanny pity about the storm but that just adds to the adventure hey.

Re: Office memorandum United Ausfish.org 1770

What night was the storm? We went back into Agnes Sunday arv and there seemed to be nothing brewing and we didn't go through anything on the way home in the car....

Re: Office memorandum United Ausfish.org 1770

Sunday night was the storm. We only got a bit of rain here. It must have been more offshore.
Remember to always log on before heading offshore.

Re: Office memorandum United Ausfish.org 1770

Here is the offshore wind reading. This was taken live from Lady Elliott Island.

    Hope it works ?

As you can see... wind speed about 28KPH... but gusts came in at 50kph. That is for Sunday night.

Second PDF, you can see the wind easing after midnight and dropping to great conditions later in the day... Monday
