So I am over here in USA again and I miss out on the Tinny and Tackle show back home again!!! It just so happens the International Sportmans Expo was on here in Salt Lake City to compensate. Was plenty to look at with some really well layed out bass boats, big 'ol pick 'em up trucks and assorted hunting, fishing, boating, camping stuff to look at and drool over.
Interesting thing here in Utah is it is legal to carry a weapon. They ask you to conceal it in the hall. Also Akubra had a stand selling hats. Told them I had just bought a Stetson and was promptly told by the lot running the stand that Stetsons were crap, no good and made in China.... hmm... says "made in the USA" on the inside and looks very well made..... Hope they don't say that type of thing to the very parochial Utahn's as they look at their Akubras, they are packin heat after all
