I am wondering why you would need it. If the screen is fixed in place as most GPS and sounders are, it is not likely to get much risk of scratching like a pocket device like a phone or iPod is.
.
Just after some feedback on which screen protector film you guys have used......i've heard of some protectors doing more harm than good.......ie removing the coatings off of some gps/sounder screens.
So what do you use and where did you get it?
Cheers Dan

One to avoid is Screen Patronus......glues itself to the screen.

With my setup i have gauges that are acctually lcd screens fixed mounted in the dash, they also have an anti glare coating after time wiping/washing salt and grime off of them they will lose the coating and look shizen.
just want to make them easy to clean while on the water.....eg wipe with a dry cloth/shirt and not warry about damaging the screens especially my gps as it's worth 2k to me.
