Camp Clairview is where we will be starting from. We probably don't need a base camp in the percys but others may prefer it that way. We can use the bay on middle Percy as a meeting spot before running the last 60ks. That way any who use stanage as a starting point can join the mob

I have penciled it in for 22 June for a week in my diary. Deckie spot. My boat does not have range and is only a 21fter.
Question, if leading up to the week the weather is looking dodgy, is the plan to change it to the second week of the holidays, or is it this week or nothing?

I reckon within the week in June we should have a stretch of a few days surely... .
In saying that though, its a very daunting decision to having planned for months and then to pull the pin if its say 15-20/20-25knts.....
Id have no objections to a hard slog out to middle@Percy for a camp, and then hope for the best for a morning run out to the swains...
Alternatively its a milk pond and we are straight out there ?
( The term mill pond is often used colloquially to refer to a very flat body of water. . edit by me ! )
Still chasing Deckies!
