Went out into the passage early on Thursday morning. Pumped some yabbies and had burley out and line in the water just before daylight.
Pulled in a few just under squire (yes they are still there!) and managed to get a nice feed of bream until the tide change, threw quite a few back and then re-rigged a popper to throw over the weed beds on the flats and that's where the whiting came from..
Haven't been able to pull a decent flathead for a while on plastics/hards but the bream action has been fun of late.
