    Thanks for all the feedback and your thoughts, the Polycraft fuel tank looks like a bitch. The 4.8m in NSW makes it interesting, might have to be 5m min then. Early days lots of looking to do yet.

    What about a plate boat. My 4.8 and goes everywhere I want so far. the lead time getting 1 built might be problem and costs?

    If I can get a cheap one second hand ok. Only need it for the bay and up creeks, doubt I'll go offshore unless it's like glass.

    Only on the Web, been to busy to get out and look in boat yards. Will get serious in a couple of weeks.
