    sealing is believing

    hi all,
It took me a while to think of that title and i am still not that happy with it.
While coming back to mud on saturday from moreton island my son sees a black spot on the bulb of one of the large cargo ship anchored just north west of mud. On closer inspection it turned out to be a seal just having a rest. would have taken a photo but we were caught in pretty ugly chop and only had the phone. it seemed healthy and looked in good condition, however not being a seal expert that doesn't mean much. Have heard reports of seals but never seen one myself until this. Wondering if anyone else had seen some?
Anyway had a fish at mud I couldn't get a hit on lures while the boys did alright on bait.

There was one hanging around Redcliffe pensula about 5 or 6 months ago that was very photogenic.
