More land based whiting in the Broadwater

Max was keen for another fishing session, so I had to oblige and back to the Broadwater we went. Middle of the day, land-based and water traffic everywhere, but still no problems with catching a feed of whiting. No big fish again, but a few around the 30 cm mark.

Absolutely brilliant. There's nothing better than taking a kid fishing. Go Max.

You better watch out Youngy, this kid is good.

    Well done mate.
    Cheers, Doug.
Love to use Preditek or Kingfisher lures or Viva Lures when I am out fishing.

Well done Max - might need to take my 5 year old daughter to the Gold Coast for a fish as she has caught a few whiting but none better than about 20cm.

    Cheers

That is special mate. You must be very proud.

Do you use wide gape hooks for that?

Just the standard No.4 French pattern hook.
