Tail lights

Hey guys was welding up my fuel tank today when a mate snaped a pic.
After i looked at it i was wondering, are my tail lights legal.

I dunno about the tailights but you should be more careful in your work practises.
You should have a cover over your welder. What would happen if it rained you idiot?
