Been using them for a while. Fantastic service and provide excellent advice via alan tani's web site.
This site might be of interest to anyone wanting to upgrade their drag washers:

They're a itload cheaper than what I can get them for locally. I might do a bulk order and do a heap of my reels at once.

This guy is also worth a mention.

Go to the Downriggershop website. They sell sheets of carbontex for $20, all you need is a wad punch and you can cut your own, we did 7 reels from one sheet!

Note to self: Don't argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience....
Thanks Moonlighter, I bought a sheet and give it a go.
Where aare you guys getting your reel bearing from? Is there a cheap method? What is the easiet way to source sizes?
I found some sizes on Tani's website
Check the smooth drag site as they also supply bearings
In the past I also ordered some carbon drags from the US people mentioned but they took frigging ages 3-4 weeks! There is a Sydney bloke on ebay Australia who sells em and yes you pay a bit more but I get drags from him usually within 3 days. Guess if you need drags fairly quickly he is probably your best bet.
I have not done it but BOCA bearings has their own site.

Not sure if it is easy to do or not.
