mossy, don't get apoplexy mate - it's not a snap. well, was one of those days when nothing went to plan. had the pots packed as my plan was to get a few crabs and go and dangle them live in the rainbow and try for another black spot. dropped the pots on the west of peel for an hour soak for zip. picked them up and moved them to goat for another half hour for zip and then moved them to deanbilla bay for another half hour for zip. then tried polka point for a half hour. in the interim the wind that had been forecast for a sweet arvo developed a bit of puff and started popping up whiteys everywhere
. bugger. i knew when it came up it was due to really blow so canned plan A and packed up the pots (for zip
) and headed back to the western side of the bay. dropped them around ormiston and in the mouth of hilliards. putted up the creek a bit and started throwing around my zman grubz. only a few casts and i get a good smacking. thought i may have stumbled onto a jack, but no, got myself a nice lizard instead. not something i catch very often. that makes 3 pb's in as many weeks
. and still no crabs on the way back
