Feedback Please- HDS7 Touch with the works.

Hi all my first thread & have had a great time reading thru the site info for a few weeks now.

I am about to buy a HDS7 Touch but dont know anyone with one so am looking for alittle feedback be it good or bad.
Ive got a 4.5 plate ally boat & think anything bigger might be over kill if thats possible.

Not up with who is who etc on the Forum yet but im sure someone on this Forum probably sells these units & i should give them a chance at a sale too as its only fair to do some Business via Forum Members & contributors.

i wouldnt touch with a frikin pole. They have enough trouble with the screens/ buttons and water ingress on their normal models.
And when it dies you will have to deal with navico which have terrible customer service in my experience.
When out of warranty they offer very expensive close to new price (i.e. i believe they violate statutory warranty laws) new for old exchange (they dont repair, only exchange.)
