Flinders Beach has plenty of sand at the moment driving is good up to about 2 hours before high tide. Haven't been down Main beach this week but reports are that there is still not much beach and restricted to driving around the low tides.
Haven't fished much or heard of any captures - fished out the front of the campsite and got lots of just unders. Good yabbies at the 'one mile' Dunwich.

Hey Timddo, Have"nt been there for a while but there"s always plenty of pippis down the beach also id recommend if you can find a good low tide gutter,go the whiting during the day and big Tailor after dark. Should be a few monsters around at this time of year (Good Time for them). Also Jewies down at the Jumpinpin Bar after dark on the bottom of the tide. Good Luck and tight lines.

Went down main beach this morning, weather perfect just on the day we are heading home. Only went as far as the Dunwich exit and driving good up to half tide. If your into shark fishing there is a dead whale the sharks are feeding on at half to high water.
Spun up a nice Tailor around 60cm and seem to be a few small schools around. The were abit far out this morning for me to get a lure to them.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1351631814.308193.jpg

From Dunwich exit it was easy, point lookout exit all churned up from the last 2 week ends - Straddie assault & vibe festival. Personally pulled out/assisted 6 bogged cars all which had fully inflated tyres. "I was hoping not to have to let them down" as a result the Pt Lookout exit has some good holes. No probs with deflated tyres & no trailer.
