Another good read Boonie, howd you go getting the swivel over the fly? Or did you cheat and get a batch made with swivel on already?? Are they shogun swivels mate??

Sometimes ill get Sean to put pe swivels on them when he makes the fly up and other times ill gently squash the barb and put a shogun swivel over it then stand the barb back up.... Havent seen any failures with sean's swivels or the shogun swivels. That's only for the hook that the fly is on though, if I'm putting on gangs ill spread the eye just enough to get the swivel on then tap closed with a hammer. Hope this helps.
