Got 14 Barra up to 98cm in a few hours and where we got them was easily fishable from the shore.
Sounds like fun to me Steve, wonder if she still fishes like that

Decided to make the trip from Awoonga to Callide and we got there just as a family friend from Inverell was putting his boat back on the trailer (1000kms from our old home town and we still meet them) anyway Jack said he had brained them from sunup to 10am and left them biting so we went where he told us and we did very well. The freezer boys were workin the dam too and were keeping quite a few but we released any we caught.
