Here is an idea, if anyone has a whiteboard or blackboard they can bring, would be good to have a noticeboard at the cookoff so people can write notices rather than trying to ask around. Such as Beatsworkin looking for some floor space or room, people with deckie spots available. deckies looking for a boat, people that have a house with room available, that sort of thing. Would be a lot easier for everyone. THen maybe keep it at the weigh in station for the rest of the week. I could have used it last year when my hydraulic steering shit itself and my boat was stuck on land till the last day after getting parts.

C'mon Cheechy, what the fark's this forum for then????? lol.

And your hydraulics steering didn't shit itself......it was barely a wet fart. AND, if you had let us engineering type folk pull the can't apart when we wanted to, you and you're mate Moby, or Fat Boy Slim, forget his name now, Anyway, you would've been fishing the whole week with the rest of us.

    just sayin...

....although i can see there could be benefits in the idea.

I couldn't guarantee that it would remain graffiti free tho

p.s. I don't particularly like the look of all that northerly aspect in the forecast. Let's hope she swings a bit more easterly by the 15th.

Don't give a rats what it does between now and then tho!!!!!!

Damo I'm with you northerly winds I don't like to much, plus big tides so a lot of run we will have to fish the top & bottom of the tides that's for sure, only means more beer to be drunk while we wait, this will be a tough week ,well had better go a open another tinny to get in practice ...............

One way or the other, as usual, i'm sure we'll make a memorable(???) week out of it. Better make that 2 tinnies

Can someone put up the tides for 1770. I can't be stuffed looking them up or going thru 99 pages on this forum to see if they have already been posted.
Maturity is not when we start speaking BIG things,it is when we start understanding small things

By real fishing you mean reading the paper in the cabin drinking wine and eating biscuits and dip?
